Globalization and Free Trade Agreements are changing the landscape of international business activities and provide unprecedented opportunities for growth unimaginable a decade ago. The directors of the company, who have been in the forefront of the construction industry for more than two decades, decided at the turn of the millennium that it had to be restructured to better position and equip itself to take on new and expanded opportunities and challenges in an increasingly borderless world. Thus the company’s various business interests were consolidated and grouped into a single entity that is now NKH Private Limited, a company duly incorporated in the Republic of Singapore in year 2002. It plans to penetrate the real estate property markets in the Asia Pacific region and beyond and plans to provide consultancy services to the emerging markets in the Gulf region and Eastern Europe.
